  • KoppConcentrated fish stock

  • 1Efter smakPossible fish seasoning

Instruktioner

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Season with fish seasoning or lemon pepper, or simply salt and pepper.

Finely chop the onion and cut the bacon into smaller pieces. Sauté everything in a bit of butter until the onion and bacon are nicely colored.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Taste and adjust with a little more salt and white pepper if needed.

Pour the sauce over the salmon and gratin in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with your choice of side.
