Spaghetti with meat sauce is a classic that everyone loves! It's great everyday food, as it’s easy to prepare and can be made in large quantities to freeze. This version of meat sauce is quite traditional, but with a little extra umami boost from Worcestershire sauce.

Peel and chop 1 pieces Onion and 1 pieces Garlic. Peel and coarsely grate 1 pieces Carrot.

Heat a pan with oil and brown 400 grams Ground beef 10% and vegetables.

Mix in 2 tablespoons Tomato paste, 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 pieces Bay leaf, 1 tablespoons Oregano, 1 tablespoons Basil, and 1 teaspoons Sugar and let sauté for 1 minute.

Add 800 grams Crushed tomatoes (2 packages) and let it simmer uncovered for about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook 200 grams Spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Serve with the meat sauce.
